Larchmont is a London studio of architects, project managers and site teams. We take on a small number of houses each year, from the first sketch to the final coat of paint.

Three stages, one team.
No handovers between architect and builder. The people who draw your house are the people who build it.

Brief and feasibility
We visit the house, test what is possible and agree the brief, budget and programme before a line is drawn.

Design and planning
Drawings, samples and costed options. We handle planning, party wall and building control on your behalf.

Build and handover
One site team, one contract and a weekly written update. We stay until the last detail is right.

Architecture first. Construction second.
We started in 2008 with a single terraced house in Walthamstow. Since then we have completed 140 homes, most of them for clients who still live in them.
Our architects and site managers sit in the same room. That means fewer surprises on site, and a house that is drawn around how you actually live.
